Workday Benefits Consultant
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the part-time Workday Benefits Consultant will resolve PTO and leave issues, analyze functionality across Workday and UKG, and collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot integration challenges.
Key responsibilities:
- Independently resolve outstanding PTO and leave issues, including accrual errors for non-exempt employees
- Analyze Leave/PTO functionality between Workday and UKG, addressing data discrepancies
- Collaborate with UKG technical resources to troubleshoot and remediate integration issues
Required qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Workday Benefits and Absence/Time Off in a post-implementation or production support setting
- Working knowledge of UKG and PTO/leave functionality
- Experience troubleshooting benefits vendor integrations and file feeds
- Understanding of PTO accrual logic for exempt and non-exempt employees
- Familiarity with retirement plan administration and SECURE Act contribution rules
