Workday Benefits Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance Workday Benefits solutions, the full-time remote Workday Benefits Systems Analyst will design, configure, and support system functionalities while collaborating with various departments to ensure effective benefits administration and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into Workday Benefits solutions and functional specifications
- Lead the configuration and administration of benefits plans, eligibility rules, and event-driven processes
- Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for automation and improvement in HR and Benefits operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of HRIS or Workday experience, with at least 2 years in Workday Benefits configuration and administration
- Experience supporting Benefits Open Enrollment and managing project timelines and deliverables
- Strong knowledge of Workday Benefits, Core HCM, and related functionalities
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
