Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time contract Workday Business Analyst will configure and support Workday HCM Core and Compensation while collaborating with technical teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and support Workday HCM Core and Compensation, ensuring effective business processes and security configurations
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot cross-module issues affecting payroll outcomes
- Assess payroll impacts of configuration changes and implement scalable solutions in collaboration with functional teams
Required qualifications
- Strong experience with Workday HCM Core and Compensation
- Background in Aerospace/Defense or Large Manufacturing domains
- Proven ability to design and implement configuration changes in Workday
- Experience with reporting, calculated fields, and eligibility rules in Workday
- Understanding of payroll processes and impacts related to HCM configuration
