Workday Certified Integrations Consultant
Job Summary
Bridging the gap between business and technical teams, the remote Workday Certified Senior Integrations Consultant will manage client engagements, mentor junior consultants, and advise customers on Workday integrations while ensuring project success.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and deliver high-level design documentation for integrations
- Build and maintain relationships with implementation teams and keep stakeholders informed of project status
- Provide mentorship to junior consultants and contribute to resource planning and delivery estimation
Required qualifications
- Current Workday Integration Certification plus at least one additional integration certification
- 4+ years of experience with HCM/ERP software applications and integration technologies
- 3+ years of experience integrating systems with third-party service vendors
- Previous consulting experience within a consulting or software company
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in technology or relevant work experience
