Workday Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote Workday Consultant will provide customer consulting, configure and administer systems, and manage vendor relationships while focusing on Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation.
Key responsibilities
- Provides customer consulting and best practice guidance independently 70% of the time
- Configures and administers systems while managing vendor relationships independently 80% of the time
- Conducts data analysis and validation across systems and processes, ensuring data integrity and stability of the HR Ecosystem
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience in HR, IT, or Cloud-Based Solutions, or equivalent experience and certifications
- Extensive experience in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation
- Experience managing moderate to complex projects and customer consulting
- Proficient in application configuration and cloud-based technologies (SaaS/IaaS/PaaS)
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical documents
