Job Summary
To support and strengthen business processes, the full-time hybrid Workday Core HCM Analyst will configure and maintain Workday Core HCM systems, manage worker lifecycle transactions, and troubleshoot production issues while collaborating with various teams in Frisco, TX.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM business processes, supervisory organizations, and staffing models
- Support job architecture and worker lifecycle transactions within Workday
- Troubleshoot Tier 2/3 Core HCM production issues and drive sustainable fixes
Required qualifications
- BS/BA in Business, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a similar field
- 2+ years of hands-on Workday Core HCM configuration experience
- Strong understanding of the Workday business process framework and condition rules
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical partners
- Workday Pro - HCM certification preferred
