Workday ERP Analyst
Job Summary
Driving the evolution and optimization of ERP solutions, the full-time Sr Lead Analyst - Corporate Applications will leverage deep Workday expertise to enhance system functionality, manage application integrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday modules, leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ERP processes and user experience
- Deliver Workday enhancements, manage release cycles, and drive automation initiatives to streamline business processes
- Collaborate with HR, finance, IT, and operations to gather business requirements and translate them into effective product solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business, human resources, or a related field is highly preferred
- Workday certification in at least one core module is highly preferred
- 4+ years of Workday experience in a subject matter expert role
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise applications and ERP systems management
- Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and security models related to ERP systems
