Job Summary

Serving as a senior-level individual contributor, the full-time remote Workday Financials Consultant will provide post-production support, optimizations, and transformation initiatives for Government and Higher Education customers, designing scalable solutions aligned with client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end production support solutions across the Workday Financials platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements and operational processes
• Advise clients on best practices related to financial governance, budget control, and internal controls
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive enterprise solutions and support business development efforts

Required qualifications

• Functional expertise in Workday Financials configuration and solution design
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and related business processes within Workday
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex production support issues across multiple Workday Financials areas
• Ability to assess client business requirements and translate them into sustainable Workday solutions
• Exceptional consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various leadership teams
