Workday Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting basic business processes and report tasks, the full-time Workday Functional Analyst I will assist in building custom reports and participate in configuration reviews while working remotely with significant guidance.
Key responsibilities
- Learn and support Business Process fundamentals within assigned Workday module(s)
- Assist in building and maintaining basic custom reports using Report Writer
- Participate in configuration reviews, testing, and support ticket resolution
Required qualifications
- Approximately 1 year of Workday or similar ERP functional experience
- Foundational knowledge of Business Processes, Report Writer, and basic configuration
- Associate's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good written and verbal communication skills
