Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Workday HCM Functional Analyst, this full-time remote position will configure, support, and improve Workday processes across the worker lifecycle, focusing on Core HCM and Workday Security while managing reporting and integration requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain worker lifecycle processes including hiring, onboarding, job changes, and terminations
- Administer Workday security groups and troubleshoot access and integration security issues
- Lead user training, requirements discussions, and support controlled deployments of HCM-related integrations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least five years of HRIS or enterprise application experience, with three years of hands-on Workday configuration
- Strong experience in Core HCM and Workday Security, including business processes and security groups
- Hands-on configuration experience in at least two areas: Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Compensation, or Benefits
- Ability to build advanced Workday reports and execute controlled EIB loads while troubleshooting integration data issues
