Workday HCM Analyst
Job Summary
Developing and maintaining Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Workday report and dashboard solutions, the full-time Workday HCM Business Intelligence Analyst will utilize Workday tools to meet end-user data needs and perform data analysis while working remotely from various US locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Workday reports and dashboards, including requirements definition and testing
- Collaborates with team members and business users to identify and implement data solutions
- Ensures effective utilization of new Workday features and maintains documentation for all developments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of experience with Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Workday report and dashboard solutions
- Familiarity with Workday Security as it relates to reporting and dashboards preferred
- Workday PRISM experience is a plus
- Workday Pro Certification is a plus
