Workday HCM Consultant
Job Summary
Providing part-time support to an established HRIS team, the Workday HCM Consultant will deliver functional support across Workday HCM, managing day-to-day requests, reporting, troubleshooting, and testing in an onsite capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day Workday HCM functional support and issue resolution
- Build, modify, and troubleshoot Workday reports and calculated fields
- Support testing, defect identification, and configuration validation across multiple functional areas
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience supporting Workday HCM in a production environment
- Strong Workday Reporting and EIB experience
- Experience with Position Management and Job Profiles/Job Architecture
- Working knowledge of Workday Benefits, including testing and troubleshooting
- Ability to troubleshoot Workday configuration and diagnose functional issues
