Workday HCM Manager
Job Summary
Overseeing a team of up to 10 direct reports, the full-time remote Workday HCM Manager will manage successful implementation and post-production support, serve as a hands-on lead consultant in HCM Core and additional modules, and contribute to the development of the Workday practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage team delivery and provide guidance during design, configuration, and go-live activities for clients
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, supporting sales with presentations, demos, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and maintain strong client relationships
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of experience as a Workday HCM lead/partner consultant
- Experience leading at least two Workday Phase 1 and two Phase X implementations
- Workday HCM certification with implementer access and at least two additional Workday certifications
- Previous supervisory experience is highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
