Workday HCM Payroll Architect

Job Summary

Leading the design and deployment of comprehensive Workday solutions, the full-time remote Workday HCM Payroll Architect will shape system architecture for HR and Payroll processes, ensuring scalability and compliance while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of scalable and secure HR/Payroll system architecture aligned with organizational goals
• Act as a consultant and project manager, facilitating stakeholder meetings to elicit requirements and manage project activities
• Optimize business processes by leveraging Workday HR/Payroll functionalities and automation capabilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of progressive experience with Workday platforms, including significant expertise in Core HCM and at least two modules such as Payroll or Benefits
• 3+ years in a Workday architectural or lead configuration role
• Workday Core HCM certification preferred
• Workday Payroll Certification preferred
