Workday HR Systems Lead
Job Summary
Leading the evaluation of business requests, the full-time remote Workday HR Systems Lead will manage requirements analysis, configuration, and testing to enhance system capabilities and foster collaboration between business and IT teams.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct structured walkthroughs of requirements and prioritize work within iterations for functional areas
- Document business needs as user stories and create business process and technical diagrams
- Oversee technical work, facilitate grooming sessions, and evaluate new solutions for potential issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of IT-related experience, including Business Analysis and Data Analysis, required
- Experience in Workday Configuration required
- Proficiency with requirements management tools, such as Azure DevOps, preferred
- Advanced skills in customer relationship management and change management required
