Job Summary
Managing Workday optimization and functionality, the full-time remote Workday HRIS Analyst will support system users through data validation, payroll processing assistance, and issue resolution while collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams.
Key responsibilities
- Researching, proposing, and implementing modifications to system design and security
- Maintaining Workday system integrity and building custom reports and dashboards
- Leading the implementation and support of new modules and an applicant tracking system
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an HR System Analyst, preferably with Workday
- Strong data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel
- Good understanding of HR practices and reporting needs
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment and manage multiple tasks
- Experience handling confidential data with discretion
