Job Summary
Serving as a key analytical resource, the full-time temporary Workday Compensation and HRIS Consultant will support labor relations negotiations through data analysis, compensation market benchmarking, and custom reporting while collaborating on core HR deliverables and compliance priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead data collection and compensation market benchmarking to inform union negotiation strategies
- Execute ad hoc Workday custom reporting and generate executive summaries for senior leaders
- Analyze job profile overlaps and recommend enhancements to optimize job architecture
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of HRIS administration experience, preferably in higher education
- Advanced proficiency in Workday report writing and high proficiency in Excel
- Demonstrated knowledge of compensation practices and labor negotiation support
- Exceptional integrity in handling sensitive data and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a standard Monday-Friday schedule
