Job Summary
Providing technical leadership and expertise, the full-time remote Workday HRIS Director will oversee the implementation and optimization of people technology systems, coach colleagues, and drive improvements in colleague experience and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization of people systems and platforms, including Workday
- Coach and mentor colleagues in the People Technology team, enhancing their technical skills and confidence
- Identify and pilot opportunities in AI and automation to improve colleague experience and efficiency
Required qualifications
- Progressive experience in people technology with a track record of leading complex projects
- Strong working knowledge of Workday and people systems architecture
- Experience in coaching or mentoring colleagues and sharing technical knowledge
- Demonstrated success in delivering people technology projects and implementations
- Workday certification is required
