Workday Integration Architect
Job Summary
To support the integration of various business functions, the full-time remote Workday Integration Architect will design, develop, and maintain integrations within the Workday ecosystem, ensuring seamless data exchange and optimal user experience while collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop integrations to support Human Resources, Finance, and Supply Chain functions
- Analyze business requirements and optimize workflows to enhance data integrity and system performance
- Ensure system reliability and user experience by developing scalable solutions aligned with organizational standards
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, computer science, business, informatics, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Five years of experience with ERP software support and system analysis with business, clinical, or administrative applications
- Experience with data integrations and technical architecture
- Workday experience is required
- Workday Certification is required or must be obtained within 12 months of hire
