Workday Integration Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting the University's Workday HR/Payroll and Financials system, the full-time Workday Integration Engineer will design, implement, and maintain integrations between Workday and other internal and external systems while working in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and test Workday integrations for HR/Payroll and Financial processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Provide support and maintenance for integration issues, including monitoring and troubleshooting integration health
- Contribute to the strategy, analysis, and design of integrations, translating business requirements into effective Workday solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and four years of experience with complex projects and system integrations
- Four years of experience with Workday Integration Cloud Platform, APIs, EIBs, and Workday Studio
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with MS SQL Server and knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
- Demonstrated experience in problem-solving within business and technical contexts
