Workday Integration Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting and improving client Workday Financials, HCM, Payroll, and Planning systems, the full-time remote Workday Integration Engineer will design, build, and troubleshoot integrations using Workday Studio and Orchestrate, while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance operational stability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday integrations with internal and external systems
• Triage and resolve Workday incidents, service requests, and integration failures while conducting root-cause analysis
• Support Workday migrations, testing, release validation, and coordinate enhancements with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• At least five years of experience supporting Workday in a production environment
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and Orchestrate for developing and maintaining integrations
• Strong understanding of Workday connectors, including Core Connectors and their configuration
• Familiarity with RaaS, REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, XML, XSLT, and XPath
• Experience with ITIL/ITSM support processes and effective communication with stakeholders
