Workday Integration Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting Workday Financials, HCM, Payroll, and Planning systems, the contract Workday Integration Engineer will design, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations while collaborating with finance, IT, HR, and vendors to ensure reliable operations and service improvements in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and support Workday integrations with internal and external systems
• Triage and resolve Workday incidents, service requests, and integration failures
• Support Workday migrations, testing, and production deployments while coordinating changes with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting Workday in a production environment, particularly in Financials, HCM, Payroll, or Planning
• Hands-on experience with Workday reports, integrations, and data validation
• Familiarity with EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, and REST/SOAP APIs
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills, along with experience in change control and deployment support
• Experience with ITIL/ITSM support processes and effective communication with technical and business stakeholders
