Job Summary
Managing core employee lifecycle operations, the full-time remote Workday Operations Analyst will oversee complex termination processes, ensure compliance with work authorization, and conduct data audits while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of voluntary and involuntary separation processes across the US and Canada
- Lead and audit work authorization compliance programs, including Form I-9
- Execute continuous data audits in Workday to maintain employee data integrity
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of HR Operations or Shared Services experience in a multinational tech company
- Proven experience with Workday HCM operations and data management
- Direct experience managing separations and compliance programs in the US and Canada
- Advanced Excel proficiency for analyzing and reconciling HR datasets
