Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Workday Payroll Analyst, the full-time remote position will manage the end-to-end time-to-pay process, including configuration and improvement of Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking, while developing reports and troubleshooting complex data issues.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain payroll earnings, deductions, and related business processes while troubleshooting calculation issues
- Develop advanced reports and dashboards for Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking, ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Lead user training and support for Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking cases, driving root-cause resolution for issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least five years of relevant payroll systems or HRIS experience, including three years of hands-on Workday configuration
- Strong hands-on Workday Payroll configuration experience, with understanding in Absence and Time Tracking
- Ability to build advanced reports and troubleshoot integrations and calculation discrepancies
- Experience translating approved policy into configuration and managing payroll-critical production issues
