Job Summary

Configuring and supporting Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management, the remote contract-to-hire Workday Payroll, Time & Absence Functional Configurator will enhance, test, and deploy HCM functionality while collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Leave Administration functionalities
• Perform payroll reconciliation, parallel testing, and system enhancements while providing production support and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with Payroll, Human Resources, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions for payroll operations and employee leave processes

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management configuration
• Proficiency in payroll calculations, processing rules, and business-process configuration
• Experience in payroll reconciliation and data validation
• Knowledge of SIT, UAT, regression testing, and payroll parallel testing
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
