Job Summary
Leading the implementation and ongoing support of Workday Payroll solutions, the full-time remote Workday Payroll Consultant will collaborate with clients to configure payroll systems, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior consultants while optimizing payroll processes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Workday Payroll solutions, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with clients to translate payroll requirements into effective Workday Payroll configurations
- Troubleshoot complex payroll issues and work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday Payroll implementation lifecycle processes
- Workday US Payroll certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, including calculations, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex Workday Payroll projects from start to finish
