Workday Payroll Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting the design, solutioning, configuration, and implementation of Workday Payroll, HCM Core, and Compensation, the remote Workday Payroll/HCM Consultant will assist in client meetings, maintain project documentation, and ensure effective configuration and validation processes, with flexibility to travel to the Deloitte office as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, solutioning, configuration, and implementation of Workday Payroll and HCM Core
• Participate in client meetings to drive decisions on requirements and configuration
• Assist with preparing and updating design and decision documents, as well as tracking RAID items

Required Qualifications

• Workday Payroll certification
• Workday HCM Core certification
• Experience with Workday Payroll configuration and implementation support
• Knowledge of Workday HCM Core and Compensation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
