Workday Payroll Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting the design, solutioning, configuration, and implementation of Workday Payroll, HCM Core, and Compensation, the remote Workday Payroll/HCM Consultant will assist in client meetings, maintain project documentation, and ensure effective configuration management, with flexibility to travel to the Deloitte office as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, solutioning, configuration, and implementation of Workday Payroll, HCM Core, and Compensation
• Participate in client meetings and help drive decisions on requirements, design, and configuration
• Identify, track, and update RAID items throughout the implementation

Required Qualifications

• Workday Payroll certification
• Workday HCM Core certification
• Experience supporting Workday implementations and configuration activities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to maintain design documents and decision documents
