To support a large, multi-year enterprise technology transformation, the remote Workday Time and Absence Functional Lead will manage functional delivery for Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence, ensuring effective integration within a broader ERP environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead functional delivery across Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence
- Facilitate requirements sessions and translate business needs into practical Workday solutions
- Own or coordinate functional testing activities, including system integration testing and UAT
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of Workday functional experience within complex enterprise environments
- Advanced hands-on knowledge of Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence
- Experience leading a Workday functional stream through the full project lifecycle
