Workday Payroll Lead

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Lead, this remote position will manage the design, solutioning, configuration, and implementation of Workday Payroll while maintaining flexibility to travel to the Deloitte office as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, solutioning, configuration, and implementation of Workday Payroll
• Drive client meetings and discussions to reach decisions on payroll design and configuration
• Maintain and track design documents, decision documents, and RAID items throughout the implementation

Required Qualifications

• Workday Payroll certification
• Hands-on Workday Payroll configuration experience
• Experience leading client discussions and driving decisions
• Experience managing implementation risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
