Job Summary
Focused on delivering technical solutions, the full-time remote Workday Platform Owner will manage integrations and reporting for payroll and total rewards, acting as a liaison between functional teams and offshore technical resources while ensuring effective project execution and support.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert and liaison for business customers, functional teams, and external vendors
- Manage the design, delivery, and support of Workday integrations and reporting solutions
- Prioritize and oversee day-to-day technical enhancements and service requests, ensuring quality delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 6+ years of experience in HR technology, specifically with Workday
- At least 5 years of experience configuring inbound and outbound integrations with Workday HCM
- Demonstrated skills in database and application design technologies, including SQL and Web Services
- Expertise in Workday custom report development and calculated fields
