Workday Prism Analytics Consultant
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Workday Prism Analytics Consultant will guide clients in leveraging Workday Prism Analytics to integrate, transform, analyze, and deliver insights from Workday and external data sources, while managing multiple client engagements and providing expert advice throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert, leading the design, development, testing, and deployment of Prism solutions
- Conduct discovery sessions to gather client requirements and design analytics solutions that meet business reporting needs
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure alignment of Prism solutions with overall Workday architecture
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of Workday Prism Analytics experience or relevant data analytics/consulting experience
- Active Workday Partner certification in Prism Analytics required
- Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and analytics concepts
- Experience with data integration, transformation, and analytics solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred
