Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Workday Product Analyst, the full-time position will focus on HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Reporting, managing support tickets, executing configuration updates, and participating in project sprints, with a preference for on-site work in Dunwoody, GA, though remote arrangements may be considered for highly qualified candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a Workday subject matter expert, primarily in HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Reporting
- Manage and resolve Workday support tickets, addressing system issues and business process needs
- Execute configuration updates and build custom reports to support stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 1-3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience
- 3-5 years of operational Workday experience managing and troubleshooting transactions
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Reporting
- Experience with Workday EIBs and document management processes
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and structured project environments
