Workday Product Architect

Job Summary

Leading the design and deployment of comprehensive Workday solutions, the full-time remote Workday Product Architect will focus on developing scalable Finance system architecture, collaborating with various stakeholders to implement best practices, and optimizing business processes within Workday Finance modules.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of scalable and secure Finance system architecture aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IS, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of solutions
• Develop integration strategies between Workday and other enterprise systems while optimizing business processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of progressive experience working with Workday platforms, including significant expertise in at least two of the following: HCM, Payroll, or Finance modules
• 3+ years of experience in a Workday architectural, lead configuration, or technical design role
• Proven expertise in system architecture, integration design, and compliance controls
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems
