Job Summary
Managing complex Workday implementations, the remote contract Workday Program Manager will oversee multiple projects, ensuring deliverables are met while mentoring team members in a matrixed environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the technical coordination point for high-complexity projects and initiatives
- Ensure that deliverables from business and technology partners are produced and approved according to project schedules
- Manage allocated resources from multiple delivery partners within approved hours and scope
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 5+ years of experience in a related field, or 7+ years in lieu of a degree
- Current experience managing enterprise Workday implementations, specifically in HR and Finance
- 7+ years of experience as a Program Manager
