Workday Quality Assurance Lead

Job Summary

Leading and executing end-to-end quality assurance activities for Workday implementations, the Workday Quality Assurance Lead will manage QA strategy, planning, and oversight in a full-time capacity, with the flexibility to work remotely, onsite, or in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end QA strategy for Workday implementation, upgrades, and enhancements
• Define and execute test plans, strategies, and frameworks while overseeing functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing cycles
• Coordinate cross-functional QA activities with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of quality assurance experience, including 3+ years supporting Workday implementations
• Deep understanding of Workday business processes and configurations
• Experience with test management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Strong expertise in UAT planning, coordination, and execution, including defect management and QA metrics
