Workday Quality Assurance Lead

Job Summary

Leading the execution of end-to-end quality assurance activities for Workday implementations, the Workday Quality Assurance Lead will manage QA strategy, oversee testing cycles, and ensure alignment with business requirements, with the flexibility to work in-person, remotely, or in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA strategy for Workday implementation, upgrades, and enhancements
• Define and execute test plans and support risk assessment and mitigation planning
• Oversee functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing cycles, ensuring alignment across Workday modules

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of quality assurance experience, including 3+ years supporting Workday implementations
• Deep understanding of Workday business processes and configurations
• Experience with test management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Hands-on expertise in UAT planning, coordination, and execution
