Workday Quality Assurance Lead
Job Summary
Leading and executing end-to-end quality assurance activities for Workday implementations, the Workday Quality Assurance Lead will manage QA strategy, planning, and oversight while working in-person, remotely, or in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the QA strategy for Workday implementation, upgrades, and enhancements
- Define and execute test plans, strategies, and frameworks while overseeing various testing cycles
- Coordinate cross-functional QA activities with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of quality assurance experience, including 3+ years in Workday implementations
- Deep understanding of Workday business processes and configurations
- Experience with test management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Hands-on expertise in UAT planning, coordination, and execution
