Job Summary
To support the implementation of Workday Recruiting solutions, the full-time Workday Recruiting Expert will manage configuration, automated stage routing, and employment agreements in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Configure Workday Recruiting features including offer letters, candidate grids, and career sites
- Implement automated stage routing and manage employment agreements and assessment tests
- Oversee tenant migration and the creation of job application templates and Workday Docs
Required qualifications
- Proven experience with Workday Recruiting configuration and implementation
- Strong understanding of automated workflows and employment agreements
- Experience with EIB, MOM, and calculated fields in Workday
- Familiarity with job application templates and candidate assessment processes
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
