Workday Report Analyst Lead
Job Summary
Leading the development of Workday Human Capital Management reports, the full-time remote Workday Report Analyst Lead will guide best practices in report creation, collaborate on various projects, and devise solutions for HR challenges when IT options are unavailable.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage Workday HCM reports for Payroll, Compensation, HR Systems, and Benefits
- Guide the team on best practices for report development and distribution
- Collaborate with teams on new projects, year-end processes, and ad hoc data analysis
Required qualifications
- Minimum of eight years of analytical work experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher with at least seven years of analytical work experience, or a quantitative degree with five years of experience
- Proven experience with the Workday Human Capital Management platform is preferred
