Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Workday Reporting Analyst, this role is responsible for designing and automating HR reports and dashboards, analyzing key business metrics, and supporting decision-making processes within the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop data-driven reports and dashboards to support HR metrics and decision-making
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and maintain data integrity for recruitment and employee engagement strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide insights for process improvements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization, particularly in HR analytics
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
- 2+ years of Workday report writing experience, including advanced and composite reports
- Experience in designing reports that integrate data from various HR systems
