Job Summary
Collaborating with HR and business stakeholders, the full-time Senior Workday Reporting and Security Analyst will develop and optimize Workday reports and dashboards, administer security protocols, and deliver workforce insights while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define reporting requirements and develop complex Workday reports using Report Writer and Report Designer
- Manage Workday People Analytics, ensuring data validation, security access, and issue resolution
- Administer Workday security, including configuring domain security policies and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with HR/Finance information systems and report development tools
- Proficiency in Workday HCM reporting and advanced Workday Report Writer is strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of Workday security features and SOX requirements
- Ability to partner with stakeholders globally to translate business needs into reporting and security requirements
