Workday Reporting Consultant
Job Summary
Seeking a passionate Sr. Workday Reporting Consultant, the full-time remote position will manage multiple client engagements, ensuring successful implementation and production support for HCM Reporting while providing exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a lead consultant on multiple client engagements with limited direction
- Understand client business requirements and guide them through design, configuration, and testing phases
- Collaborate with Engagement Managers and cross-functional teams to maintain project alignment and communication
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a lead Workday Reporting consultant at a partner firm
- Workday partner certifications in Workday HCM Core and Workday Reporting
- Experience writing complex HCM reports (Advanced, Composite, and Matrix)
- Detailed understanding of Workday reporting processes and best practices
- A strong opinion on how Workday should be implemented
