Workday Scheduling Consultant

Job Summary

To support healthcare organizations, the remote Workday Scheduling Consultant will assess and configure nurse scheduling requirements, complete the remaining Nurse Scheduling setup, and facilitate end-to-end testing over a 6+ month contract engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess current Workday Time & Attendance and Scheduling build and identify remaining requirements
• Complete Nurse Scheduling configuration, including schedule publishing, auto-scheduling, and shift swaps
• Support end-to-end testing and deliver knowledge transfer to ensure internal team ownership of the solution

Required qualifications:

• Hands-on Workday Scheduling experience, particularly in nurse and clinical scheduling
• Strong skills in Workday Time Tracking and Time & Attendance configuration
• Proven experience with auto-scheduling, schedule publishing, and shift swap functionality
• Experience with Workday security configuration and review
• Ability to evaluate in-flight builds and prioritize tasks against go-live dates
