Workday SCM Systems Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time Workday SCM Systems Specialist will analyze, develop, and implement business processes and systems while serving as a subject matter expert and project manager in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzes and recommends business process designs while collaborating with stakeholders to define procedures
• Manages and delivers technology projects, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution with vendors
• Develops training materials and provides project status reviews to stakeholders and end-users

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university
• Six years of progressively responsible experience in a related role
• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse teams
• Experience in managing project resources and coordinating across multiple organizations
• Knowledge of business application systems and their functionality to identify operational gaps
