Workday Security Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Staff Business Systems Analyst - Workday Security & ITGC Lead, who will manage Workday security architecture, tenant configurations, and compliance processes while ensuring adherence to security and SOX standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Architect, configure, and maintain Workday security models and business process workflows
• Manage and audit Workday integration system users and service accounts for compliance reviews
• Design and maintain key reports and ensure data integrity for financial and operational controls

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years in business systems analysis or IT compliance, with 4+ years of hands-on Workday experience
• Proven proficiency in configuring Workday Security and developing advanced custom reports
• Experience managing ITGC domains and conducting technical walkthroughs with audit teams
• Strong understanding of system controls and automated business process validations
• Relevant certifications such as Workday Pro Security or CISA preferred
