Workday Security Analyst

Job Summary

As a hands-on technical role, the full-time remote Staff Business Systems Analyst - Workday Security & ITGC Lead will manage Workday security architecture, tenant configurations, and business process engineering while ensuring compliance with security and SOX standards.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, configure, and maintain Workday security models and ensure alignment with security and compliance controls
• Manage and audit Workday integration system users and service accounts for SOX ITGC compliance
• Design and maintain Workday Key Reports to ensure data integrity and completeness for financial and operational controls

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in business systems analysis or IT systems administration, with 4+ years of hands-on Workday experience
• Proven proficiency in configuring Workday Security and developing advanced Custom Reports
• Experience managing ITGC domains and conducting privileged access reviews in production environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead ITGC technical walkthroughs with external audit teams
• Relevant certifications such as Workday Pro Security or CISA preferred
