Workday Solution Architect
Job Summary
Overseeing the end-to-end project implementation lifecycle, the contract Workday Solution Architect will manage requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support, collaborating with HR stakeholders and IT teams to align business objectives with Workday capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Drive solutioning sessions with functional area teams to develop comprehensive Workday designs
- Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices, configuration, security, integrations, and reporting
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and leverage Workday functionality to enhance efficiency and user experience
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in HR technology, with at least 8 years in Workday solution architecture roles
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex Workday solutions across multiple modules
- Deep understanding of Workday's architectural framework, including Business Process Framework and Integrations
- Experience with Workday migrations, upgrades, and post-implementation optimization
- Workday certifications in related modules are highly desirable
