Job Summary
Supporting Workday Student operations across campuses and online, the full-time Workday Student Analyst will manage system enhancements, reporting, and quality assurance while collaborating with business partners and technical leads, with the possibility of remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Support intake tickets for Workday student-related requests and troubleshoot system issues
- Maintain and configure Workday Student modules, ensuring data quality and optimized workflows
- Create and maintain custom reports and documentation while participating in testing and change control processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in higher education student administrative operations and direct experience with Workday Student
- Strong understanding of data integration and system architecture, with experience in other Higher Ed ERP/CRM systems preferred
- Proven ability to map complex business processes into visual diagrams/documentation
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into user-friendly language
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage ambiguity effectively
