Workday Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing HR technology transformation, the full-time Workday Systems Analyst will enhance Workday solutions for Benefits, Time Tracking, Payroll, Absence Management, and Compensation, collaborating with various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday HCM solutions with a focus on various HR functions
- Translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations and processes
- Provide consultative support to HR and business stakeholders to improve efficiency and employee experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 3+ years of Workday configuration experience, particularly in Benefits, Time Tracking, Payroll, Absence Management, and Compensation
- Experience supporting Workday within an enterprise ecosystem and troubleshooting cross-platform issues
- Knowledge of Workday business processes, security, and configuration best practices
- Experience supporting Workday integrations, including EIBs and Cloud Connects
